Postage is included for delivery within the UK.

Subscribers will receive a generous £20 discount on each additional subscription to one of our advice letters. The discount remains valid as long as the first subscription is running. There's only one condition: all subscriptions should have the same delivery and invoice address. This discount can not be combined with other promotional offers.

You have up to 7 working days, after delivery of the publication, to reconsider. All publications, except for advice letters, must be returned in the original packaging upon cancellation of the order. An order can only be cancelled by letter, fax, or e-mail.

We expect a prompt payment after you have received the invoice. The invoice for a subscription to an advice letter will be sent to you separately. Invoices for other orders will be sent with the publication.

You can cancel the subscription to your advice letter at any time. You will receive a full refund for the unused part of your subscription. However, we do welcome your comments should you decide to cancel your subscription.
