Summer holidays/Christmas season?
During the summer holidays and the Christmas season our publishing is interrupted for several weeks. A message on the cover of the last advice letter before such a period will inform you when the next issue is due.

Problems with delivery?
If the delivery of your advice letters is irregular, please contact us. We will look into this and will do our very best to solve the problem. Click here for contact details.

Have you forgotten to pay?
We might have discontinued your subscription because we have not received payment. If this is the case, please forward payment and we will mail the missing issues.

It is advisable to mention this number when contacting Indicator. This will allow us to answer your questions quickly. Your subscriber number was sent to you at the beginning of the subscription. It is also printed on the envelopes containing your advice letter directly above your address (a 6 digit number).

Use the form to order an extra ring binder to file your advice letters. Additional ring binders cost £6 inclusive of VAT. Click here to fill out the form.
When you renew your subscription, you will automatically receive a free ring binder by mail.

  Renewing your subscription…

We will automatically send you an invoice for a new subscription year. If you pay this promptly, your subscription will be renewed without interruption. When you renew your subscription, you will also receive a new ring binder by mail.

  Discounts …

You already have a subscription. You are entitled to a discount on each extra subscription. This discount remains valid for as long as the first subscription is running. There's only one condition: the extra subscription should have the same delivery and invoice address as the first one. This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

  Start of a subscription …

We process every subscription immediately. Your subscription starts with the first issue following your order. The invoice and ring binder will be sent to you separately.

We will process your order immediately. The publication will be mailed to you within a month following your order. If there is any problem, we will contact you immediately. The invoice will be sent together with the publication.

  Payment …

When you subscribe to an advice letter or when you order another publication, we will send you an invoice. This means that you do not have to pay immediately. Payment methods are detailed on the reverse of the invoice. Payment is made by transferring the amount payable to the account mentioned on the invoice.
